I am a dynamic person with a desire always to provide a reliable and professional service without an overbearing attitude. My 30 years background in the catering industry has developed my passion for meeting and greeting customers, added to my natural flair for public speaking.

Since becoming a toastmaster, I do look forward to the challenge of turning an event into an enjoyable and outstanding occasion. My role as a toastmaster is to take the stress off the organisers so that they can relax and enjoy the event. My training with the National Association of Toastmasters has taught me the art of conducting proceedings in a smooth and dignified manner. This coupled with the need to pay attention to detail, ensures a positive outcome.
